I rolled out my trolley for the very first time. It was a blast, kinda like having a caddy with me. At the beginning, it takes a little while to adjust, and I felt a bit jittery near the lake on hole five. Just a tiny critique, though: it struggles a bit in slippery conditions with the standard wheels. The wheels just spin, and you find yourself walking out of range.

Incredible construction quality, this product is fantastic! Super user-friendly, it really lightens the load of lugging around a bag while I play, so it likely saves me a stroke or two ;-). Honestly, I think it’s totally worth it.

The Q Follow trolley is of top-notch quality. They even beat the delivery time, which was fantastic! The customer service team at Stewart has been reaching out via email to check in on my experience. I also picked up some accessories that turned out to be solid choices. On a constructive note, I’d recommend skipping the cheaper wheel cover with the elastic; it’s a real hassle to put on the wheels. Plus, the battery app has been quite a letdown. It functioned for just one day and hasn’t worked since. It’s a handy tool to have, and since it worked for a bit, I can only imagine how useful it could be if it was reliable. This is the top trolley available, no doubt about it. If you can swing it, I totally suggest you grab one; you definitely won’t be sorry. It arrived in just 2 days at most, and the customer service was fantastic.

This is an awesome item that's simple to operate and really well-crafted. The only issue I've run into is that the battery app doesn't let me register, but other than that, it's a fantastic product.

I’m really happy with the customer support and the quality of the item. It would’ve been a full 5 stars, but I’m kinda let down by the lack of accessories, especially the hedgehog wheels. Without those, using the trolley on my course is a bit tricky.

The trolley showed up and functioned well for a couple of rounds - just got back from a game this morning and I’m feeling super frustrated and worn out! The trolley wouldn’t connect with the remote no matter how many times I tried. So, I ended up having to push my £1200 trolley for 18 holes - both the battery and remote were fully charged before I started playing. I attempted to reach out to Stewart Golf, but they don’t operate on weekends!!! I’ll wait to hear what they say first thing Monday morning, but honestly, I’m not too impressed...

I’m really enjoying my new Stewart trolley. It folds up nicely and I got the hang of it pretty quickly. So far, it’s handled the Cotswold hills quite well. There are just a couple of minor things I’ve noticed: when you stop on a hill, you need to angle it 90 degrees to the slope, or else it starts rolling, which is a bit of a hassle. A handbrake would definitely be a nice addition. Also, the handle has a tiny bit of play—I'm not sure if that’s intentional or a flaw. But overall, it’s a fantastic piece of equipment that lets you focus on your golf game instead of worrying about pushing and managing your trolley.

The delivery and supply were top-notch! Just a little note: since the trolley's pretty hefty, you gotta tweak the speed more when going downhill on tight paths, or it might pull you along. Also, the remote doesn't work so well in winter weather; the brakes can make the trolley slide, and it might veer off when you start it up.

I picked up the Q follow trolley during their Black Friday sale because the discounts were pretty sweet. Honestly, I probably wouldn’t have bought it at full price since it’s quite pricey.

But hey, you do get what you pay for. It’s really well made and performs just like Stewart claims it would.

I haven’t fully tested the 36-hole battery yet; the most I’ve played is 27 holes, and the battery app showed I still had 40% juice left.

On the downside, the phone holder from Stewart isn’t great for what you pay. It works, but there are definitely better options on Amazon. The umbrella holder isn’t much better either. When it’s windy, the umbrella just gets blown away. So, I’d suggest carrying your umbrella while the trolley follows you, and if the wind picks up when you’re about to take a shot, just collapse it and stash it somewhere safe.

Overall, the trolley itself is a fantastic piece of engineering that really turns heads on the course.
